Last minute reservation on a Saturday 1:30 p.m. Alright.
Well placed, many waitresses, great Burger and Gnocchi. Seaview.

A chic setting. Refined dishes that remain classic.
I let myself be tempted by the burrata, and the tapenade as a starter.
The burrata “with oil from Provence leases” was only covered in homeopathic quantities. However, the burrata was succulent, tender, in short everything we asked for. The tapenade was nothing exceptional.
It was the salmon tartare that I opted for for the rest of the meal:
Simple, fresh, effective it was good. Accompanied by its sweet potato puree and a fresh, flavorful guacamole, it is a treat for the taste buds. Unfortunately the salad, which, served in a separate dish, was not very practical to eat.
To conclude a pleasant dinner as requested, in a chic and refined setting for this price it is a pleasure.

Passing through Sausset les pins, exceptional for me as a vegetarian. Lots of good things on offer. I recommend the Pan platter enjoyed last night. My non-vegetarian husband also won over by the exceptional burger as well. So we're going back this afternoon to continue tasting the other dishes on offer because the menu is also complete for vegetarians, which is rare for those who like fish and good meat. I recommend
