20/03/2024: To finish a stay in Chastreix we came to try this restaurant, the location is great with a view of the mountain. Warm welcome and nice decor. Regarding the meals, they are plentiful, varied and very good.

22/05/2024: We chose Estavou for our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed with our choice. Copious and tasty cuisine we enjoyed. Champagne/ pike perch fillet/ truffade/ apple pomp (killer) a pleasant waitress, fast and efficient. We will come back with great pleasure

19/05/2024: Wonderful restaurant, family atmosphere, they are a married couple, he cooks and makes pizzas, and she takes care of the tables and the bar, they are friendly, smiling and welcome you warmly. They have a beautiful and really sweet child, and it's wonderful to see how they run the restaurant together. It's a lovely family, they make you want to come back and eat and feel at home. In addition, the pizza is delicious, and well seasoned, and I am Italian with a pizza maker father so I know. I highly recommend this place if you like family and not cold environments. Overall super clean and hygienic.

29/04/2024: Family meal for our son's 10th birthday. Excellent welcome, speed of service, calm and serene atmosphere. I took one star off the kitchen because my son's sirloin was full of fat but my father-in-law's was perfect and that's not the kitchen's fault. We also reported this. 😉. It nonetheless remains a very good address!

We will especially note the professionalism and friendliness of the staff (especially Eric), the welcome and the desire to make us have a wonderful time.
Special mention for the breakfasts
Fresh croissant bread and excellent Moroccan crepes.

01/03/2024: Passing through the region for a week of ski vacation, I went to Romain pizza twice
First time nothing. To say nickel
The second also Roman was late due to the large number of orders but he knew how to keep his customers waiting in the best possible conditions!!!!
It’s nice to be received like that, even for a passing tourist.
Romain doesn't change anything!!!
Very good pizza I would come back!!!!

Quant à la cuisine, c'est lamentable, le piège à touristes ! Sauces toutes faites, cabillaud à la place du Sandre, tartiflette au St Nectaire sans goût de St Nectaire ! Pour résumer, ce restaurant est une honte pour l'Auvergne. En tant qu'auvergnate, j'ai du mal à concevoir qu'une telle image soit donnée à notre cuisine !!
23/03/2024: Another restaurant which is prettier from the outside than the quality of the dishes and the quantity: 4 unfortunate neggets and 15 fries for €12.50 and the sirloin stiff as justice with 15 fries for €16.50. Without forgetting the waitress who smiles depending on the customers, no it's only worth one star and that's already too much.

21/05/2024: Very above, cold fondue, moldy bread. However, Prince Charming, as he said, was there for us if we didn't need it, we had to call him, I forgot, limit sausage too. Yet 240 seats in high season 🫣 as he says 🤣😂

26/03/2024: End of vacation meal. Maybe too close to the cooking fires.
Our clothes were soaked in the wood fires. The meat was too burnt for our liking. A good atmosphere and top servers. Very reasonable waiting time. Cool
