05/04/2024: History of our experience: we arrived there and sat at a table that did not seem reserved. The restaurateur was happy to unpleasantly tell us that this place was. We were so poorly received that we preferred to leave immediately. I do not regret. I don't recommend unless you like a salty service as well as a salty note.

20/05/2024: Globalement nous avons apprécié nos plats, bien accueillis par la salariée jusqu’à ce que nous soyons spectateurs d’un pétage de plomb de la part du patron parce qu’il avait trop de pizza à préparer. Ils n’y avait que 4 tables d’occupées mais nous avons bien tous compris que cela l’embêter de preparer des pizzas pour à peine 1/3 de sa salle. Aucun sens du client, nous avons préféré partir sans dessert ni café

10/04/2024: C'est la première et la dernière fois que je mets les pieds au Chalet de l'ours que je qualifie plutôt de Chalet de l'attente et du non respect du client. Travaillant à quelques dizaines de mètres, nous avons décidé de nous y arrêter pendant notre pause déjeuner qui se termine à 14h. A 13h50, après plus d'1 h d'attente pour 2 pizzas, nous annonçons à la serveuse qu'on doit retourner travailler et que nous devons les emporter. Très agacée, celle-ci nous a jeté 2 boîtes sur la table en nous disant de nous débrouiller pour y mettre nos pizzas ! Comme si ce temps d'attente interminable et ce comportement totalement déplacé ne suffisait pas, nous arrivons à la caisse et apprenons qu'un changement de base (de tomate à crème) vaut un supplément de 3€. C'est tout simplement honteux. Quant à la qualité de la pizza (mangée sur le coin du bureau dans sa boîte), elle est médiocre. On la mange parce qu'on a faim. Conclusion : je ne recommande absolument pas cet endroit.

01/04/2024: A personal and human welcome, a quiet room, a refined and tasty menu, a hearty breakfast...in short, a pleasant stay in a pretty setting. A family hotel like we like.

29/03/2024: Waiter "argues" with us because we didn't finish our meat. Please know, sir, that we do not go to restaurants to have thoughts, we go to restaurants to eat well and have a pleasant time. Because of you, this moment was ruined. Your behavior has been more than unacceptable. We won't come back, too bad because the meal was very good.

27/09/2023: Cold and soulless restaurant room. The menu is short and simple but there is a big disappointment in the dishes which have little to do with what is advertised: a truffade which looks like anything but a truffade, a cantal risotto with no taste of cantal and a tasteless wine. . The dishes are not up to the prices. No wonder the restaurant is half empty when all the others in town are full. Fortunately the service has raised the level a little..

24/03/2024: Very spacious room. The cleanliness of the room. Even without private parking, parking is easy. Small downside, the only thing missing is a curtain on the window because the room is on the first floor and has a view of the street. A little disturbing at nightfall. Breakfast is served a little too late.
