19/05/2024: Regular customers for years...this evening big disappointment on the Lorenza!!! The dough is not crispy and rather thick like bread dough...the result is impossible to finish it (it's 27 cm!) whereas usually this poses no problem...this dough is stuffy and wasteful everything!Why did you change the dough recipe??? It's difficult to come back after that...this change is incomprehensible...What a shame....
