19/05/2024: We've been hearing praise about your restaurant for some time now, but we shouldn't be in a hurry! Ok no worries when we know we can be a little patient. Arrive and book for 7:30 p.m. 11 p.m. still no dish... fortunately we only had 3 starters out of 6! After 2 hours after the starter the waitress offered us desserts. Um... we haven't eaten the dish yet did you send them? I go to the kitchen, see...after 30 minutes still nothing. The chef alone tells me that a table of a few people came unexpectedly and that is why it is overflowing. Understandable, but there are limits to expectations.. Arrival at 11 p.m. we look at each other and decide to leave, loss of appetite due to the wait. We had to make a decision that was not at all our habits. Disappointed we leave without eating our dishes.. I continue to persuade with a little more staff (whom I know today it is difficult to recruit.) that it is an excellent restaurant but it was a question of bad luck. A delay of 1 or 1 hour is still tolerable, but 3.5 hours is a bit of an exaggeration. My diabetic friend had planned his injections to eat but it disrupted everything and put his health at risk. Fortunately not much of a drive home. Thank you for the understanding of the staff. All the best.

12/05/2024: We had reserved for 12 p.m., 1 hour later still no aperitif served.. we had our first drink at 1:30 p.m., we were told that we cannot take our main course order at the moment because there were too many people.. when we asked the waiting time for the dishes because we had children, the answer was at least 45 minutes and then some.. So we left again! Too bad ! The place is so beautiful... But the wait is really too long!
