The entire ordering process (with a tablet that is picked up to then retype the entered order in the cash register) is cumbersome and impersonal.
Food is delicious!

30/05/2024: a friendly welcome, excellent service and a convivial atmosphere. The restaurant was busy as there are few options in Èpernay on Monday nights. We each had different choices from the menu du jour and enjoyed all of them.
29/05/2024: This is a lovely restaurant in Reims. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive and friendly. We ate in the “cellar” which was interesting (arched stone ceiling).

03/04/2024: What arrogant service, asked for a table for two. The youngest employee wanted to help us, but was interrupted by an older, very arrogant waiter, who indicated that there was no room. Our walking shoes and raincoat were not on sir. Never go!!!

02/04/2024: Nice welcome, very good service throughout the evening. Extra nice that the chef came out to the table. Ate an excellent roast beef fillet and the most delicious creme brulee.
01/04/2024: A fifth. Incredible service. The chef kept an eye on the premises, we asked for forgotten asparagus, which the chef solved immediately.
Beef filet by the grace of God.
Very worth visiting.

23/05/2024: If you’re in Champagne, to of course drink champagne, then stopping at Fredrick’s Le C is a must! We’ve been coming to Le C for 10 years now… Beautifully set on the river, this is a fantastic place to learn about the local area, growers and drink a variety of champagnes in the process. You couldn’t not find a better host!

I will repeat the experience, and recommend this address with my eyes closed, to celebrate your events with friends or family. (Birthday etc...). Thank you for everything 🙏
