16/05/2024: Yelling at the hotel reception at a disabled person who is not at risk of harm: "I'm going to knock all your teeth out" and wanting to take action. Who ? The cook, son of the family, one of the “managers” of the hotel. It would be good to lock him up or treat him. Otherwise for 3 people: 1600 euros for 1 week with breakfast and half board without drinks (5 evenings out of 7). Room 31: cobwebs all over the living room/bathroom ceiling, headboard never cleaned. It doesn't smell, it stinks of the urine of the (beautiful) hotel cat from the elevator to the room (1st floor). My 81-year-old mother-in-law put her perfume on every evening in her room and in the hallway. 3 stars: my god, not counting the serious professional misconduct recognized by the other son manager. It's truly catastrophic. Otherwise, impeccable breakfast, dinner from very dry/disproportionate to very good (one wonders if there were 2 different cooks), beautiful, well-designed room, very nice hotel, beautiful view, beautiful infrastructure and fortunately the staff is ultra kind. Shouting “I’m going to knock out all your teeth”: You don’t say that to anyone, and even less so in the middle of breakfast in the middle of a hotel. You must really be crazy. Now if we condone this kind of people, it's a choice.

09/03/2024: While walking with my children, I discovered this restaurant with this ''German Shepherd'' dog who impressed me a little I must say. But after talking with the boss, there is no need to fear, he loves children. Coming back to the restaurant... Good restaurant in a typical Savoyard setting, a family business for several generations, there were 12 of us, and we all had a great time, the price is correct and the plates are generous. Remember to book. And don't hesitate to start a discussion with the two sisters, you will learn a lot about the valley and see some family photos from yesteryear. Thank you for your welcome. I recommend this little restaurant, instead of the super expensive tourist trap restaurants in Morzine

21/02/2024: Great time, great quality and great welcome. I highly recommend. In addition, we were welcomed despite the kitchens being closed. The exterior environment and the interior environment are pleasant and the name of the hostel alone would have made us move.

02/04/2024: Possibly one of my favorite restaurants ever. The perfect mix of a casual, chill vibe with absolutely incredible, creative food, amazing beer and excellent natural wines. Their menu reflects a sustainable diet: primarily plant based options, all of which excel on the flavor front, with a few animal based options for those who insist they need them. I would eat here every day if I lived around the corner.

07/03/2024: Visited Satellite Coffee three times during a stay in Morzine, and massively enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere every time. Great vegan and veggie food with options for meat eaters too. Fantastic coffee made with care. Highly recommend the porridge or mushrooms on toast. 05/04/2024: A safe bet in AVORIAZ for your lunches at the foot of the slopes! Table service and not self-service, service and meals always at the top and for over 20 years!

01/04/2024: Without doubt the best burgers in Avoriaz. Always friendly service and good selection of drinks. Highly recommend their Irish coffee.

20/03/2024: Stay three nights in the hamlets of Prodains; such a pleasant stay, great welcome, magnificent apartment, pleasant and well decorated. The owners are always at your service accommodating and very friendly. The meals taken there were delicious. The bar and restaurant l’Adresse at the foot of the slopes was great! We'll come back.

15/03/2024: We had a super birthday lunch in the restaurant. The lamb shank, hot stone dishes and fondue were great. The fondue was very strong, and the waitress stirred in an egg towards the end to change the texture and taste. It was fairly quiet on a Tuesday in mid March, but enough people not to feel empty, and nicely calm. The owners wife was delightful and welcoming. Good value for the quality of meal. I would recommend it, and go again.
