04/05/2024: We spontaneously visited the restaurant for lunch and each ordered a starter and a main course. We followed the waiter's recommendations for the right wine accompaniment. The welcome was very friendly. The service is excellent and the food including the wine pairing is a dream. We happily left the restaurant after a long lunch break. We can fully recommend the restaurant. Thank you for the experience.
29/04/2024: I think the review corps from the Michelin Guide had a really bad day the night they passed by Eguisheim. Have visited and had 1 star experiences elsewhere in the world that are on the same level as at Au Vieux Porsche. The restaurant and staff are not just close to the first star, they are already there.

The garlic cancoilotte, good but nothing exceptional...potatoes were missing and my cancoilotte pot was lukewarm..

PS: I didn't have a room and it was self-service outside, as it should be in the garden, so everything was fine
12/11/2023: We had lunch at this farm inn during a day of family hiking around the Col du Petit Ballon.
The cuisine is traditional, delicious and generous.
The outdoor setting is magnificent, surrounded by nature! The interior setting is typical and friendly.
The staff is professional, no-nonsense and friendly.
In summary, a very pleasant experience that I can only recommend!
It is best to book because it is busy although the hostel is isolated.

A charming setting and decorated with great taste.
A warm welcome and service with a team that will answer each of your questions and desires in the best possible way.
The cuisine is fabulous with tastes, pairings, seasonings of rare quality.
The wine list (whose owner will speak to you with passion and guide you towards the best possible choice for your dishes) essentially offers you organic wines from more or less small producers.
Be patient though, you need to book a few weeks in advance for a place in the evening on the weekend.
This restaurant is for me and my wife the best in Haut-Rhin.

Lovely management, enjoyed a fantastic breakfast - unfortunately you have to make a reservation early for the evening :-).
11/05/2024: A warm welcome, a divine meal! Everything was excellent! A treat, a glass for the welcome, the presentation of the dishes very original especially the crispy sauerkraut 🥰😍. Pinot gris is also excellent. We recommend it and we will definitely come back. 😍🥰 We didn't have a reservation and we were lucky to get the last table. So reserved advice! 😀

Table of 10. Meals ordered in advance. One plate consisted of only one bone, without a gram of meat with a lot of sauce. Plate replaced by sliced chicken without a word of apology... Unfriendly and very insolent waitress.

10/03/2024: For our day near Munster we stopped at the inn at the old station.
A hearty and very tasty stopover.
Quality, fresh and above all homemade products and that's rare!
We have taken :
An inn salad which is a starter, yes yes
A shared XXL cordon bleu (800g), each one their own, i.e. 400g
And for dessert, more than delicious coffee
And we promise to come back to perhaps taste the fried carp and Vacherin cheese, we’ll see!

04/04/2024: Super nice restaurant with delicious cuisine. Definitely recommended, couple with son who, as a sommelier, offers absolute gems with a very nice flair. Please let him guide you.
Cuisine is limited and without frills, but definitely recommended.

Very nice little restaurant (7 tables and they are only occupied once so it's better to reserve).
The whole family conjures up a wonderful evening. Regional ingredients very well and cleverly prepared, simply delicious. Very pleasant service, great wines and beers. We were thrilled!!!

03/05/2024: We ate there two evenings in a row. We all really liked the 8 different dishes, both adults and children, both in terms of quality and quantity. Only fresh homemade products! Little original finishing touch where the dessert choices are written on a glass bottle filled with sweets for customers. Breakfasts are like dinners. Decor and warm atmosphere! We highly recommend this restaurant. We will definitely come back!
