Everything was perfect, even excellent, Bravo to Chef Thomas Morel! You deserve to be starred! Pessac Léognan white wine with exquisite fish. Disappointed by the red wine by the glass, to drink with the guinea fowl, we did not want a Collioure and the adorable waitress offered us a Médoc 2018, the bottle being already opened, I am not sure of the wine, who appeared to be very young: 2 years old max. Damage ! Perfect staff, attentive.

Je ne mets 5 points car la petite serveuse très serviable n’était pas souriante et accessible. Elle devait sûrement débuter d’où son manque d’expérience. À travailler. Je conseille ce restaurant.

01/05/2024: Nous étions dix-sept pour un anniversaire, et quel meilleur restaurant choisir que Le Café de la Liberté, une valeur sûre dans le coin. On y a trouvé l'excellence comme d’habitude : plats délicieux, conséquents et très bien présentés, nous avons tous mangé à la carte, personnellement j’ai choisi les tricandilles : un régal, une tuerie. Le personnel est formidable de gentillesse, leur accueil est sans égal, rapide et attentif au moindre besoin du client, et le sourire fait partie de la culture de la maison. Je tiens particulièrement à les remercier tous et je tente le pari d’en oublier aucun (lol) : bravo et merci au service avec Émilie, Yann et Ridvan, aux cuistots avec Jules, Vianey et Yannick le Chef, sans oublier le boss Mathieu. À très bientôt.

17/04/2024: Bistrot moderne avec des produits locaux bien sources. J'ai fait entrée et plat à la carte. D'abord j'ai kiffe mes escargots goûteux pas élastiques. En plat j'ai adoré mon carpaccio de bœuf de bazas avec sa tome de brebis et ses vrais frites maison. Service rapide efficace jeune dynamique concentrée à l'écoute. Prix 29 euros raisonnable. Je recommande.

11/05/2024: Sur la route de retour de nos vacances, nous avons déniché une belle adresse grâce à Tripadvisor : Un cadre verdoyant et un accueil très sympathique…puis une cuisine inventive et de très belle qualité. Le pigeon façon Rossini merveilleusement bien cuit : un régal ! Le filet d’alose de Saint-Jean de Luz : une belle découverte ! Merci

15/05/2024: Nous avons été déjeuner un dimanche midi pluvieux. Le restaurant n est pas tres grand, bien décoré et propre. Nous avons pris 2 grandes pizzas très bonnes. Les plats proposés sont de différents pays et paraissent très bons. Le personnel est sympathique et poli. Nous reviendrons nous laisser embarquer pour déguster les autres plats. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.
