11/05/2024: A very bad time! Not enough on the plates, no garnish with the sole for my companion. We devoured the bread. Sole at 38 euros though!

11/05/2024: Friday 05/10/2024 evening... Not under the lucky (sea) star... this is the observation of our experience and the small details which ended up ruining the evening for us.
First of all we would have liked to have a view of the Nivelle (like everyone I know), the only table for 2 was not for us despite our early morning reservation for the evening (no luck). We were given a table on a wobbly floor, probably to test our sea legs... in short, after a few adjustments we were able to settle down. Our glasses were mismatched, one higher than the other...but let's not discriminate. We drink from both small and large ones except that the small one had a secret weapon... being chipped... ouch that cuts!!!
Well, we're not going to make cheese out of it, the glass has been changed.
Otherwise the cuisine is good but not exceptional and does not justify the salty rating. A little meager side dish for 2 (see photos). No appetizers at the aperitif... we're not kidding here.
In conclusion, we will not return. We know better addresses.

We have never eaten so badly. The small fries were reheated, the tartare inedible. Our plates remained full only our wallet was emptied.
20/05/2024: very warm welcome, quality products, we enjoyed the dish of the day: semi-cooked tuna, and the chipirones, as for the desserts, a killer!

It’s time to pull together after more than an hour of waiting just for 3 dishes.
I think this is due to poor organization.
(I do not recommend this restaurant if you have to go to work after your pose).

I was able to enjoy a Basque cake (with cream), served with a cappuccino.
The service is provided by a responsive professional.
20/03/2024: We were not able to sit on the empty terrace, to eat the dishes that we had bought on site... I pointed out the inconsistency of the situation, to the employee we passed, she told us said it was the manager's decision... so thank you manager!

17/05/2024: We came here for dinner quite by chance while walking near the port.
The servers are very welcoming and friendly, there was a really good atmosphere!
The goat cheese salad was really delicious and my entrecôte was very tasty.
My wife is more mixed with a soup that is too salty and tuna that is not evenly cooked.
We were served rather quickly and well placed.
The bill amounts to 62 euros for two people (2 starter menus + main course at 24€ and a cocktail + a pint).
The experience is positive for me!
