Not allowed !! They must have enough people no doubt!! And it's not summer!! Unfortunately, that’s the “tourist” atmosphere!!! To follow up on your answer, you should not exaggerate (rib steak!!!!!). We just asked to sit on your terrace and order drinks to eat our sandwich!! If there had been people there, I understand that we would not have monopolized chairs but there were only a few people…..

11/05/2024: Very nice location and beautiful view. Crowded cafe which allows you to drink or eat in a lively place. On the other hand, the reception is far from perfect. We didn't really feel considered by any of the team members.
