04/04/2024: Excellent place for French cuisine. A full meal for 4 people cost 100 euros. Friendly staff, great taste of food. We will definitely come back again.
02/04/2024: We were staying in Vincennes and looking for a restaurant serving steak and chips that was not too expensive. We went on a quiet evening and were seated and served quickly. It helped us having an English menu. The food tasted great and was good value. There's quite a few people coming and going for takeaways and for tobacco / e-cigarette sales, which detracted slightly from the atmosphere.

18/05/2024: One of my worst experiences at McDonald's Drive command: Unwelcoming staff, not friendly, we don't know if we should wait at the 1st terminal or the 2nd with the non-functional screen or stuck cars which are at the window level. The person taking the order not at all helpful, zero support. We have to work in his place. We ask him to come near his window to communicate since he can't hear us at 2 terminals. He doesn't answer questions, leaves his post, ignores us. He comes back in a bad mood, asks us if we're finished, we make him understand that we're still waiting for his answers since earlier. He ultimately tells us that he can't hear us and to come join him in an angry tone (waiting before the first contact for almost 5 minutes, non-professional exchange for almost 5 minutes). Condescending and hateful, he does not turn off his headset when taking orders, which makes a lot of noise even though he no longer needs it since we are in front of him. He doesn't know the menu prices, he doesn't know the menu, he doesn't know what chicken he can offer us or what isn't beef. We ask for a golden chicken menu with nuggets, we have to work AGAIN for him, because he doesn't ask questions well and doesn't understand. He tells us that it is not "possible" to have a golden menu with a burger if we take nuggets, which is false, illogical and unprofessional of him. He reversed the golden product with the burger. We must take the time to explain our work and the logic to be followed, that we want a menu, that it must be a golden formula, that the sandwich is this, then that it is the additional product, etc. HORRIBLE. He finishes the order of one of us in well over 5 minutes for a simple menu with the addition of an unannounced supplement, not at all professional, efficient or pleasant. Confirms that the first order is finished, seeing that there are three of us in the car and that we are getting impatient, then closes the window in our faces to take the order for the car after us, moving away from the window (we loses another 5 min). We are waiting to place our other 2 orders. He was very slow and useless for the first order and reversed the roles by reproaching us that we just had to do it faster when we were perpetually waiting for his answers to our questions which were simple. Exasperating, he seems like a new guy with a very disrespectful way of speaking as if he were a bad manager with an unappreciable character, without forgetting that he knows nothing, takes no initiative, offers nothing, we have to do everything by ourselves, to the point that we even forget to scan our McDonald's codes which he obviously never asked us. In the end we have a mediocre experience and service, the sauces are missing and above all we come across products that are not quality or like other McDonald's. Very hard fries, an impression of overcooked and a texture as if the fries had not been bathed in oil. Potatoes not cooked, the inside was hard. We threw away the ice tea, the ice tea was cloudy, unrecognizable (see the photos), visually it had the impression that it had been cut with Coke or coffee with white dots coming to the surface, the green ice tea was bitter and sticky for my friend. This is the ice tea that we decanted into a small cup to find out what it was (image 3). Detestable employee, fortunately the one who gave the order had a minimum sense of service. We will never come back, especially if it is to find someone as incapable as the person taking the order.

Since everything is super expensive and excessive, I was going to have a drink prepared at the counter: I first opt ​​for a smoothie, I am told that it is not possible because they only serve hot coffee today today 🤔 I then change for a fruity drink, then I am told to go and get one of the bottles of juice offered on the shelf (???) Knowing that I see on the work surface all the juices to carry out the preparation. Brief. It's expensive. Too expensive !! The quality is obviously not there. We are not particularly well received but given the comments I was lucky in terms of reception. The staff don't seem trained in anything other than pressing buttons on the coffee machine. I should have gone to get a drink at McDonalds or Starbucks.
24/03/2024: Pretty awful. Unhappy staff, dirty, overcrowded, mediocre raisin roll and mediocre coffee... Disappointing. Afterwards I found an excellent café patisserie hidden opposite gate 22 just go straight there instead :)
