09/05/2024: Au fil d’une promenade dans Evreux un jour férié, nous avons souhaité nous arrêter boire un café en terrasse. Il était 10h45. Des dizaines de tables étaient dressées pour le déjeuner. Plus une table de libre côté « bar ». Avec chic, retenue et politesse, une femme nous a hurlé que la terrasse était fermée. Pour boire un café. A 10h45. Le commerce d’Evreux meurt - parfois - de ses commerçants.
