And the staff is pleasant! Ps. Great for your little natural plants on the tables, it's much better than artificial plants in other restaurants!

23/03/2024: It's a place that I love, run by a very friendly lady. Go for it, it’s very good! Still as good ! Long live Hong Chang, new menu, new formula, old and good habits! Still as good. Always so friendly. You can even eat light. You can even eat vegan.

27/05/2024: They have a large pan-Asian menu and manage to reheat and serve whatever you order within minutes. As one might expect, the flavor of the food suffers from this lack of focus and hasty preparation.

25/05/2024: Deplorable welcome by the boss. No smile, eagerness to take the order, to the point of telling us: “we still have 2 hours left”. We don't react. A quick tour of the room, and presto, she comes back to attack, with an aggressive attitude. I answer her in a firm tone: I haven't chosen yet, Madam! She leaves grumbling, without apologizing. This attitude is unacceptable and unacceptable when dealing with customers. If receiving customers takes you away......, change jobs or retire, because at this rate, the restaurant will soon close. We would have had to eat in 30 minutes, not even time to have an aperitif. I inform you that I came from Pau, with my husband and my son for the Mother's Day meal, today Saturday, because tomorrow it was full. I spent the entire meal ruminating, in a detestable “canteen” atmosphere. What reassures me about all this is seeing that many customers have posted opinions similar to mine. It should be noted that we were already "thrown out" 2 months ago by this same person, even though the restaurant was supposedly full. I agreed to give you a second chance and come back anyway, but this time, we won't be coming back. Furthermore, I was able to notice your way of doing things: you adopt this inappropriate attitude with most of your clientele, but you know how to be all smiles with certain Biarritz "ladies" who alone deserve your rare consideration. However, be aware that this policy of managing customers according to your judgments which are only "a priori" judgments has limits: in fact, you can never really know who the customers you are facing are!
