28/03/2024: I stumbled across this restaurant online when trying to find a restaurant that’s open on a Monday and serves escargot - as my boyfriend has never tried it before and wanted some before we left. We are so happy we found this place! The interior of the restaurant felt like home. It was intimate, cozy and comfortable. The service was amazing. The menu was in French but the man (whom I assume is also the owner) who served us was able to translate and tell us all about the menu. The chef even came and checked on all the guests. They were so sweet to bring out the dessert and sang happy birthday to my boyfriend. It made the evening incredibly special for us. Thank you ♥️ For our starters, we ordered the mussels in butter and parsley on top of lettuce and the escargot. Both were phenomenal! For our main, we got the beef in black pepper sauce (it’s got a nice kick to it) and the stuffed rolled chicken. Again, delicious. For dessert was get the tarta tatin. A bit sweet for me but it was tasty. My boyfriend was singing praises for the food which is rare. If and when we come back to Marseille, this would be one of the first few places we will return to. Tip: Make a reservation. As we witnessed many walk-ins being turned away because they were full.

25/03/2024: Small, very friendly restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. Excellent and generous homemade cuisine. An excellent moment of exchange. The sea bream was great! Thanks to the chef and the gentleman for the service. I recommend 100%

06/05/2024: So good experience, as it is almost number 1 of Marseille restaurants on TripAdvisor, let's be more demanding: 1, difficult to get a table like everyone says, I waited an hour to try this famous restaurant, ultimately there are not as many people (as everyone knows that it only takes reservations , so they left) 2, the butter taste was a little strong in my fish dish, it smells greasy, but it was still good. Otherwise a very good experience nonetheless, the gentleman was super nice, the dessert was killer, a little sweet for my taste but it was good. Basically I think the boss doesn't want to have too many people, one service and that's it. I advise you to go around 1:00 p.m. if you don't have an appointment, 1:30 p.m. he no longer takes clients (you see, what a character lol)

04/05/2024: Delicious meal, warm and intimate atmosphere We had 2 choices of starters and mains, all absolutely incredible! The chef provides cooking and service for 16 people, remember to book several days in advance to have the chance to discover his delicious dishes (2 weeks in advance for the evening)

03/04/2024: Honestly, without the slightest exaggeration, this dining experience ranks among the best I have ever had. Between impeccable service and a most pleasant atmosphere, through to perfectly balanced food and wine pairings, everything was in place to satisfy us and delight our senses. I recommend without hesitation, with my eyes closed, with a perfect score of 10/10

07/02/2024: How can I say... Best pizzas I have ever eaten in my life? Go at your own risk, because you won't be able to eat pizza anywhere else without thinking "I should have gone to Casa Brandi." The other dishes (gnocchi, pasta,...) are excellent but really, you absolutely MUST taste the pizzas, made by a master in the field, in the Italian way, and really... I go back often because the pizzas are divine. I highly recommend ! Among all my reviews, this one deserves top priority!

30/03/2024: ⚠️⚠️ This is NOT a vegan restaurant !! They advertise for a vegan menu, but your veggies are kept next to mammalian red meat since this is also an all easy meat restaurant. We reserved but left when we found out that next to the vegan menu, the other menu consists of solely meat dishes.
