18/05/2024: This restaurant is definitely worth the detour.
We took the prestige senior formula, and from the aperitif with appetizers to the 5 desserts, all the dishes were excellent, each time with a little reminder of nature with a few herbs or wild plants that the chef masters perfectly.
We recommend this restaurant.

04/04/2024: Very special, elegant atmosphere, pleasantly enlivened by the huge painting by Grison "Fête du Village". So many attentive and nice young restaurant professionals - servers and sommeliers. The food was imaginative and plentiful - with lots of attention. Definitely very filling! Interesting ingredients to read for later: the escargots from Ebersheim, the Pinot noir from Gut Dahlmann, the sanglier from the Vosges (sustainable;-)) with the Gin Rosa from the distillery in Strasbourg itself, the beurre de Bresse....A Experience!
