We went to eat at this superb hotel by chance. The service was impeccable, the staff very friendly and we had a great time. The products are fresh, local, and the value for money is excellent. Edit: Returned for Easter 2024 and still not disappointed, on the contrary, an excellent must-see address in La Carnougue, special mention for the hash browns, local trout, the famous Aubrac sirloin with maître d'hôtel butter and the delicious chestnut fondant 😍! 15/05/2024: Hotel located in the city center. The rooms are quiet. Very correct comfort. Perfect bedding. Good welcome. The owner does her best to please the customers. Very good stay.

27/05/2024: A good coffee, but served with a grimace soup :( Could do better in terms of welcome!
07/05/2024: The previous opinions are unanimous and I confirm, the hotel is in its original state. It's a shame, with a good renovation, the place would not lack appeal because it is ideally located in the village. The rooms have period decoration, it was a little cold in May, not the warmest either, but the radiator works and an extra blanket is available. On the other hand, nothing to complain about the bedding, the cleanliness and the shower is very hot. Quiet night, zero noise. The breakfast is a bit simplistic contrary to what is advertised in the brochure in the room. I had dinner at the restaurant, very good local cuisine. Not much is missing to make it a nice establishment.
