Superb address in a superb location with a superb new friendly, friendly and dynamic team! Cuisine based on Provence (but not only), on local products with a very nice regional wine list (including quite a few organic or natural wines). Magical setting with a discovery on an “incredible historical” stone wall! Bravo for the cuisine, bravo for the pastry, bravo for the welcome and the service. Obviously, this new team will give this address deserved letters of nobility!

Nice surprise, what a delicious meal. It's a family who took over this place since March 2024 (so don't rely on old reviews), we appreciated the welcome and the authentic, fine cuisine, for very reasonable prices, and an exceptional view: to be recommended !

A great success for this reopening, varied inventive dishes, modernized decor, a still magnificent setting, very pleasant service, but also excellent local wines. We are delighted to return to the restaurant des remparts with this new team. One of the best addresses in the Comtat, with exceptional value for money. Plus it's open every day for lunch and dinner, but don't forget to book!
