Restaurant Le Cerf sur Chatel

I stayed at the Macchi hotel for a professional seminar but the warm and family atmosphere made us have a very pleasant and friendly time with colleagues. Thanks to attentive staff and owners, we had a wonderful stay! I highly recommend !

Very nice family hotel which offers a welcome and premium services. The entire team (including the owners) is available and attentive. The lounge bar, very warm with the central fireplace, offers you the opportunity to have a drink, snack, rest, play board games...just like at home! Essential relaxation area after a long day of walking or skiing. We will definitely return!

I spent a week there, honestly one of the best places I've been in recent years. Parking is free. The place is super well located in Chatel, the super market right opposite, a 5 minute walk from almost everything. 7 min walk from the ski gondola, a little far with the equipment when it's hot, but there are still 3 shuttles offered in the morning to take you there if you don't want to walk, which is perfect. The room was very good, nice balcony, all kinds of well thought out options, like the electric curtain to hide the light, a must that you don't often find. A mini fridge, wifi, clean bathroom, and heating in the wardrobe so the equipment dries super quickly at night. I had room #18 One ski locker per room, with boot dryer included in each locker. Everything is super well thought out. The spa is super well maintained (hamman, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool, even stationary bikes in the swimming pool) sometimes the children cry in the swimming pool, but the Sauna is always quiet. In fact, my only suggestion would be to keep the spa open a little later until 9:00 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. so that you can enjoy it after dinner. I even tried the massages, and the Indian masseur is also extremely competent and his massage is divine. The staff is super courteous, the owner is very attentive and perfect service. I didn't take the food option, but I ate at the bar twice and their fondue is incredible and light (yes yes it's possible for a cheese fondue) The price, knowing how well it was received and all the services included, is worth it in my humble opinion. For real, everything was TOP Conclusion, if you are looking for a warm and cozy place to relax during your ski trip, I highly recommend this place, it was a superb discovery that I recommend without hesitation. Thank you to all the hotel staff for helping to make this stay an exceptional one! A charming hotel, ideally located in the heart of the resort. A perfect breakfast (local cheeses and cold meats, fresh juice, omelette made to order.) The half-board formula offers you a hearty and varied dinner, with the possibility of choosing Haute Savoie specialties! The spa is perfect after a day of skiing with its hammam, sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool! Thank you once again for the kindness and attention of our hosts! Would I come back? A big yes!!

An unforgettable place! Sauna, hammam, swimming pool and jacuzzi included in the price. A sort of "VTC" which accompanies you from the hotel to the ski slope with an object attached to the vehicle which allows you to transport the skis, free at certain times and paying 5€/person at other times. Perfect breakfast 👌. In the evening for half board, the restaurant welcomes you with a delicious dinner which changes every day, remarkable service! What I find unfortunate is that on Tuesday and Sunday evenings the restaurant is closed... But hey, everyone has the right to rest!! 😜 They welcome pets, fully adapted for people with disabilities, and also for children. Everyone is nice in this hotel! You will have an unforgettable stay!

Un hôtel exceptionnel, tant pour les prestations proposées que pour la beauté de l’établissement, sans parler de l’accueil de l’ensemble du personnel. Il n’y a rien à redire, tout était parfait, bravo pour votre professionnalisme, votre gentillesse, votre souci d’être toujours aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes descendus à deux reprises chez vous et nous espérons bien y revenir une autre fois. Mille fois bravo!
