This restaurant of a former Top Chef finalist presents original and refined cuisine. The concept consists of a single tasting menu whose ingredients you can guess before the waiter reveals all the secrets to you. A small downside regarding the narrowness of the downstairs room and the uncomfortable seats, but good value for money.

Excellent experience. 3 very good points: - blind menus which allow you to better discover the dishes and not get confused about choosing! - Very good pace: 6 dishes in 2 hours - possibility of sitting at the counter in front of the team of cooks. In short, we loved it the first time and the same the second time! It's pretty crazy to have such a culinary experience for less than €50 a night. Congratulations !!

I‘ve come here every time I visit Paris and this was now my third time visiting Pierre Sang. The food is always delicious but DON’T DO THE WINE PAIRING! We wanted to try this for the first time but the problem is that each course comes quickly after one another and you don’t have time to enjoy each wine or even be able to finish in time. Two of the six wines I wasn’t even able to try.. definitely not worth the extra 60€ surcharge per person and definitely too expensive!

Really excellent restaurant! The dishes are varied and very good, the wine pairing is very good Only downside would be the service, some servers can be very familiar. This is just one detail of a very pleasant evening 🙂

Great experience We were at the counter and were able to share with the friendly team of cooks and waiters. The dishes were delicious Small downside on the unripened cheese which lacked taste

Excellente découverte. Un régal pour les yeux et les papilles ! C'est une surprise à chaque plat. Vous découvrez des saveurs, c'est original et très bien cuisiné avec des produits de saison. Vous déclinez avant la commande ce que vous n'aimez pas. Le restaurant n'est pas grand mais cela n'a pas été dérangeant. Serveur très sympathique qui nous a expliqué chaque ingrédient après le jeu des devinettes. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un très joli cadeau que nos enfants nous ont offert. Repas en 6 temps dont il nous a fallu identifier les ingrédients. Au-delà de ce côté ludique, les serveurs sont dynamiques, souriants et efficaces. Les plats sont biens présentés et bons. Un grand merci.

Le Petit Fer a Cheval

02/04/2024: We ate here twice while in Paris. We had the Plat de Jour both times and it was excellent. The fresh salad and soups were also terrific. They don't take reservations and have very limited seating, so it can be a challenge to get in. We showed up about 5pm both days which worked with our travel schedule.
29/03/2024: Great food, even better service and mostly French customers. The duck is very recommendable.
