Excellent service, very professional and friendly, comfortable rooms but need to remodel since every time we walked in the room the sound of wood was loud and annoying when sleeping if you needed the bathroom. The towels were very small and thin, not very good quality, but the beds were very comfortable. They should put the option of a kettle and cups to drink something hot if desired like other hotels do. The facilities are very nice and spacious, in general the hotel is good and the service is excellent. I would return as the location is very good, just 5 minutes from the train station and 40 to 50 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and all the attractions. by train, excellent location and easy to get to. Thanks to Sandra and Ayub who gave me excellent service and an unforgettable stay 🤩

Extremely satisfied with our stay. special thanks to Elodie who provided excellent communication from start to finish. The only negative point is the food in the restaurant is very expensive.

One of the few hotels where a family with 2 children is not dependent on a sofa bed. So very nice. Bathrooms are very cramped and beds are too short for someone who is 1.94 m tall. Lots of dust under the beds. Location is nice, close to Brochant metro station and close to a bakery and a carrefour. Excellent breakfast. All in all we had a great stay here.

Access to Metro was good. Location felt safe. Rooms are OK. Bathrooms could have been better with good vents.

The receptionist is very helpful and friendly

Very normal...I liked it because it has many spaces to share when one arrives tired at night and wants to talk with friends. It has access to a lot of transportation to Momartre, the metro, the Arc de Triomphe...so I liked it.

Breakfast rooms very busy. Bread constantly out. Big crowds at all “stations”

Good connection with the subway, small rooms, near a park and many cafes and restaurants
