Orinoco sur Paris

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and friendly. We stayed in an urban room and each had a twin bed. The location near the arc is great and just a short walk to some good restaurants. We gave it four stars just because the bathroom and main door are super heavy and my daughter did not like the semi see through panel outside the bathroom. They gave us wine and cookies! We would definitely stay again.

Hands down the best Le Méridien we have ever stayed in. Receptionists were all very welcoming and friendly. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable as always. Breakfast was decent though coffee can really be better. As an Bonvoy Platinum member, we feel appreciated and was offered lounge access, late check-out and room upgrade. As for the welcome gift we opted for the Eiffel Tower boat ride, it was so fun! We can view Eiffel Tower from our room, what an incredible surprise! Fun fact: this is the first ever Le Méridien hotel in the world, and it is from France 🇫🇷

Friendly and helpful staff. The place is really busy and had 100% occupancy on this occasion. Regardless of the high occupancy there is always someone on hand to help. More like 2 staff to one.

Room cleaning leaves something to be desired It is not done every day The elevator is out of order

I made a reservation because I heard it's about a 15-20 minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and that there's a shopping mall nearby, but I didn't go to the shopping mall. In France, even branded chain hotels are often old and not very good, but this was the best hotel I've stayed in so far. The room was clean and spacious, had a bathtub, and the temperature was good, not too cold or too hot. They say there are rooms with a view of the Eiffel Tower, but I liked it because it had a view of a small garden, so it was quiet and nice. They provide reusable water bottles in the room, but there are Brita water purifiers throughout the hotel, so I drank water from them, so I didn't buy a single bottle of water during my 4-night stay. The breakfast restaurant didn't have a huge variety of food, but it was well prepared, but it was crowded from the start in the morning on weekdays. There is also a bistro restaurant where you can have dinner, but the taste is average. Right next to it, there is a mussel restaurant called Leon, which many Koreans go to. I was worried after seeing the Google reviews, but with 20 years of overseas experience, this is close to perfect. I plan to stay here next time I come to Paris.

The great advantage is location. Room was very simple and not so big Quite good breakfast. And price very high

Some small details could have made it better, an empty tissue paper box, not a working fridge, lots of noise when cleaning other rooms next to (yeah I slept late 😄 ), better view from the room.. . But overall the cleaning and the helpful stuff were very good.
