Get in before they get a Michelin star! They were able to accomodate a vegetarian for their tasting menu upon request which was exceptional. The focus of MITCH is molecular gastronomy but in an approachable (and delicious way). The presentation of the dishes was gorgeous and were delightfully surprised that the taste lived up to the look. You will want to call and make a reservation ahead of time because this place gets booked quickly.

It's really nice to find a restaurant where the dishes are well presented, with quality, fresh products, and top-notch service. The boss, who took care of us, was attentive and very friendly!
Two small drawbacks however: the waitress brought us a vintage which did not correspond to the wine chosen on the menu, we had a wine from a less good year and at €12 a glass, the quantity served was very average...
The dishes arrived rather lukewarm than hot, which is a shame on such beautiful plates!
Otherwise, it’s a restaurant that we recommend!

A superb romantic evening, around an excellent meal, a Pouilly Fuissé, in a very beautiful vaulted room where we were alone, the absolute dream, what could be better, thanks to the chef for this succulent meal, thanks to the waitress with his beautiful accent and thank you for this selection of Pouilly Fussé!

Super accommodating, even for an American that does not dress very well! The food is amazing as always and the portions are very fair, especially given the quality and presentation.

Simply culinary orgasm.
We had the menu, just incredible. The taste, the alchemy of food, the visual appearance of your plate...
Very cute and warm service.
Little extra for the open well at the top of the stairs that lead to the toilets!
It's a shame we're not from the area but it will be a pleasure to come back if we pass by!

If i could I would have given 10 stars)) it was really super dinner: the food was delicious, the textures were soft, light, the taste - amazing! I have never eaten such tasty and delicate beef - it was melting in the mouth. You definitely have to taste the masterpieces from the Chef!
