Classic brand with order terminals and table service. Lots of people on Wednesdays, fast service but not very hot. Avoid this day.

Ordered on site, several products that were not what we ordered or were missing. 4 nuggets delivered when we had ordered 6, a bacon cheddar potato was missing, we got 2 fries instead of one... We got there around 10 p.m. there was clearly no one there, and the waiting time was relatively long and in addition to a lot of anomalies I find it average. With our friends we thought that next time we would go to BK...

Went to the drive-thru with no cars in front of me and one customer in the restaurant. I waited 15 minutes for 4 sundaes without a transport safety cap. And handed over by the waitress with an energy TV that I thought the day had been assailed for hours, it was 5 p.m. 😔. The seats enjoyed the ice cream.

Of all the McDonald's in Rennes there is really an organizational problem.. At the drive-thru with 2 or 3 cars the wait is endless, really a shame.. The staff nevertheless tries to do their best

Frankly, the "cone" of fries is half full but thanks to the lady who brought me a well-served one to review in terms of quantities in the kitchen knowing that when I arrived the restaurant was almost empty and a 20 minute wait otherwise it was clean

I realized while eating my fries that it wasn't my order, and 5 minutes later they came back to me to say here's your order, oh well, are you already served? I said yes and I didn't understand but actually it wasn't my order, I didn't make a complaint but it was good

03/04/2024: It was very busy and the restaurant lost our order so the wait was extraordinary long. However, the burgers were great.
02/04/2024: Good evening, me personally, an MC do that I recommend on all points.. HAYOUB I advise you not to let him go, it's so pleasant to have a smiling and more than pleasant person behind a counter me being in commerce. And frankly the pair with the new manager is just perfect... Don't make this mistake... They are both invested in the company to satisfy your customers... well otherwise boss of this McDonald's you understand absolutely nothing. .. Happy employees are those who will make your business run and invest more.. I am just a simple saleswoman in a bakery but my bosses know how to give me back in return... I think that today 'today it's up to you to open your eyes when you have qualified personnel... In short, have a good evening
