First of all, it should be noted that this is not a restaurant. It’s an original culinary experience that I’ve never encountered anywhere else. About fifteen guests meet on high chairs around the kitchen area. The chef has no cards, no menu: he explains to you verbally what he has available, the origin and the history of the products. So you can opt for several starters, fish, etc. The preparation of the dishes is done in front of you. These are exceptional products The chef lives his passion. This whole little event lasts... 5 hours and certainly comes at a price. We went there at the end of October 2023 and set a date for the next time in… April 2027!

The wait is long but the evening is memorable. Whether you are as a couple or with friends, it is always a real pleasure to find yourself at the counter of this establishment and its chef. How can you not fall in love with the verbal presentation of the chef who tells you the origin of his dishes, his history, all in a verbal rhythm of which only he has the secret.
