BIG MARGIN AND BROKEN PROMISE
We promise you culinary summits on the slate but in reality it's a disappointment! Minimal reception, without conviction. I would point out that they were far from being in the juice...We were brought a bottle of white wine at room temperature without batting an eyelid and then it was asparagus to share (the fashionable formula in Saint-Rémy), including 'there are 5 on the plate with a sample of sauce, the fried chicken is good but €24 is a bit exaggerated, the snacked tuna at €32 is not justified either in terms of quality or quantity and the top is are the desserts: diet portions...the passion crème brulée in 3 half-fruits which in the end barely make up half a portion of a classic ramekin. Made a comment, I was told "I'll pass it on". There you go, disappointed. And above all I won't go back.

The sharing plates are delicious.
We loved the gravlax salmon, hummus and snails. The products are fresh and very well cooked.

This restaurant is a gem, the chef very talented, and the service impeccable, yet we are very picky! You have the choice between taking several small plates (2 per person seems good quantity-wise), at an average of 15 euros per plate, or 1 large plate for around 30 euros. We love this concept which allows you to try several dishes and share, or not. As for the dishes themselves, we are frankly amazed by the quality of the products and the preparation. Special mention for the ceviche, the onglet and the brownie which are exceptional. The chef masters seasonings, spices and aromatics to perfection, which took us on a journey. After 2 visits, we hope only one thing: that the quality and inspiration continue and that this very young restaurant finds the clientele it deserves. Congratulations to the whole team.
