Perfect for having a good time in the center of Saint Gaudens. Guinguette atmosphere and an exceptional wood-fired grill and good team. Very pretty concert hall and excellent pizza. The supreme cheddar at the top

All very very very. We ate 3 burgers and a salad. The kids loved it too. Very friendly employees. Despite not speaking Spanish, they have made an effort to speak to us in Spanish. And the best thing is that they let us enter with our dog!

21/02/2024: L endroit est idéalement situé au centre ville près des halles. Le restaurant fait son boulot sans plus. Ne vous attendez pas a des sommets.

Le Nouveau Bistrot

17/03/2024: The owners, charming and welcoming. We eat very well there.😋 Always crowded, so it's best to book. Buffet for starters and desserts. All dishes are prepared on site.👍 Well done to the cook.👏 Restaurant to recommend.🍲😀
