I happened to visit this place near my hotel.
The food and wine were delicious and the prices were reasonable.
The staff was also kind and I have very fond memories.

Low price, warm service
The beef tartar seasoning is sweet and sour and delicious.
The Caesar salad came with fried chicken, corn, and anchovies, so I was a little surprised, but I enjoyed it.
Above all, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the sympa male staff, who listened carefully and listened to even my poor French.
I was happy with Alsace white wine Caharf and two dishes.

Excellent!
Good traditional French food, friendly efficient service, great atmosphere.
There wasn't anything not to like.
Not a large choice of food, but everything you could expect to find in this sort of place. Our steaks cooked to perfection and well presented.
A good choice of wines and a range of fair prices too.
My French is up to restaurant standards but I think the staff had a good command of English for those that might need it. Food tastes better in French though!
It says a lot that most of the diners seemed to be locals, that is always a good sign.
