Le Palais de Chine sur Rennes

I came with my girlfriend last night for the first time to this restaurant and it was a very good surprise. The lady who takes care of the service is very kind and attentive. For me, it's these kinds of details that make the difference in the quality of service, let me explain: I ask for a coke, the lady asks me if I would like ice cubes, my girlfriend is vegetarian, the lady offers her a dish not yet on the menu, I ask for a slice of lemon then take my dish away, it's done with pleasure. The food is very good, it's plentiful, I particularly recommend the spring rolls (a delight). I will go back there !

I would give two and a half stars for this restaurant which I find good but really nothing more. The cuisine is correct but lacks a little flavor, but we are entitled to expect more from a restaurant that is so well rated. The portions are relatively modest. The presentation is neat. The service is quite ordinary, without particular attention, but without rudeness either. The atmosphere is a bit stiff. The decor is certainly neat, but it is not the criterion that I put first when I go to the restaurant, preferring the quality of the dishes or warm service. In short, a little disappointment because it seems to me that the place is overrated, there are Chinese restaurants in Rennes which are less well rated and which surpass this place in terms of culinary services.

This Asian restaurant is a true gem in our neighborhood. Not only is the food delicious, but the couple who run it always take care of their customers. Their dishes are authentic and flavorful, providing a truly enjoyable dining experience. It's a place where you can go regularly, with family or friends, to share delicious meals and enjoy attentive service.

What a lovely welcome and what a lovely evening we had! There were 18 of us, and the management was perfect. I recommend this restaurant.

Run by the same couple for 20 years, refined cuisine, classic atmosphere. Very reasonable price, open Sunday lunchtime! To be tested without hesitation! I have been going there regularly for many years, always with the same pleasure.

Simply delicious. Great atmosphere. A good variety of dishes, all very tasty, they adapt to requests (pork-free options). Excellent service 👌 we will be back!

We had a pleasant time, first time in this magnificent restaurant. The decoration and the music are perfect! The owner is very nice, we ate very well, the soups are a real treat. We can't wait to come back to try the rest of the menu! Thank you very much for the welcome :)
