Le Normand sur Chevreuse

Excellent traditional cuisine restaurant discovered during a stroll in the beautiful village of Chevreuse to go for a walk on the Yvette canal. The site through which I made the reservation is complete and very well done. Beautiful, well decorated room, beautiful table, with a very pretty little pot of lily of the valley Excellent welcome and service! The cuisine is refined with quality products and the presentation of the dishes is very elegant. We took the Fin Gourmet Menu for €45 with my wife, with a Champagne Spritz, a Sauternes and a good Côtes-du-Rhône and a coffee at the end of the meal. We particularly enjoyed the appetizer and the traditional trou Normand, with more than a crush on the egg casserole in a pan with foie gras, thanks to the chef!!! The rest of the menu was below for a meal that lasted 2 hours. A very good address and we will undoubtedly come back to enjoy the outdoors in the summer.

A very pleasant evening and a very complete menu, very well balanced in terms of its fine quality: a delight from start to finish! Bravo for the tastes, the freshness, the decor. Maybe add a little raw vegetables, the "card" is missing.

We went for lunch in this superb restaurant that we didn't know about and that my family wanted us to discover. We were not disappointed, it was a fabulous discovery, the dishes are very well prepared, very tasty, the products are of very good quality, a treat for the eyes and the taste buds.. The service is perfect and the staff are warm and welcoming. We took the menu for 45 euros and we enjoyed ourselves. It is with great pleasure that we will return to this establishment which is one of the best restaurants of this type where we have had lunch.

Very good restaurant! Everything is homemade, even the bread served. The 2 menus to choose from (38€/45€) are great. I loved the vanilla panacotta and the very tasty tuna steak.
