We were able to have quite a few pastries with chocolate, pistachio, cream or even butter cream. Race results: the cakes are good but a little too sweet for our taste. For some cakes the mixture of flavors is very well measured but for others unfortunately it is not so well balanced like the chocolate/pistachio cake where the chocolate takes too much over the pistachio taste.

I ordered the “Sapin” cake for Christmas. I have had nothing but compliments for this choice. Thank you to the entire Nelson team for this wonderful, fine, tasty cake. A delight. But I'm not surprised because the quality is always there at Nelson. You can go there without worry, you will be received there by extremely kind and professional people, with good advice. Surprised by the lime, blueberry and strawberry mixture from La Purple, a new log for the holidays. I loved it :) to repeat perhaps next year :)

Without a doubt, the best pastry in Saint Étienne.

Très beau salon de thé avec une ambiance moderne et chaleureuse. Les pâtisseries sont divines, notamment "nouvelle loire". La seule limite à la dégustation : votre estomac :) Profitez-en pour acheter des langues de chats au chocolat... adictif.
