LE CAVISTE BIO sur Paris

So many lovely surprises on the plate: tasty dishes, very well presented, and always with a very good Japanese twist! Attentive service and lots of good advice on the lovely wine list! Only downside: lighting in the room is a little bright, we would have appreciated a more intimate atmosphere!

We were looking for something healthy yet elevated and found this gem of a restaurant via google search. Asian-French fusion dishes with a twist, well cooked and incredibly tasty. Loved the wagyu sushi, fish soup special, the veal & semi cooked tuna and the matcha crème brûlée. It’s very small but cozy and a nice break from other Parisian restaurants.

I highly recommend this table; healthy, refined and seasonal cuisine.

A very nice discovery! We feel that the products are fresh and very well prepared, from the starter to the dessert we enjoyed ourselves!! It’s a wine lover’s paradise, with a calm and intimate ambiance perfect for a romantic dinner. A great address to remember in Paris! Thanks to the team, we will come back with pleasure.

This is my new favorite restaurant! Stumbling upon it by chance, because it was close to a concert hall, it was an excellent surprise that awaited us. Don't let yourself be influenced by the name of the establishment which is not very sexy and does not honor the high-end French-Japanese cuisine found on the plates. Once there, it's a very cute and very clean setting, ADORABLE staff and obviously a delight at every moment on the plates, only fresh produce, the menu changes every week. It's not cheap but the value for money is exceptional.
