11/05/2024: Les meilleurs gâteaux basques pour ma part ! Le gâteau est croustillant et fondant juste comme il faut, la crème est excellente. Un plaisir divin qui se mérite car souvent la queue.

05/05/2024: Very good pastry shop which offers simply delicious macrons, even better if you eat them straight after purchasing them. Very good Basque cakes too. Their best product remains the macarons which have remained authentic after many years. Only downside: the price is quite expensive but that’s normal, it’s the price of success! If you are in the Basque Country, take a detour to one of their shops in Biarritz or St Jean de Luz, you will not regret it!
