I have eaten in France in several pizza restaurants, honestly to my knowledge this is the first time I have seen a Pate. It's fine so crunchy. 28/04/2024: Excellent pizzeria. The pizzas are great, many choices The dough is soft and crispy On the other hand, more than 1 hour of waiting between each dish... endless for a Tuesday evening!
