While passing through Carcassonne, this restaurant was recommended to us: reservation made, we were not disappointed! Minervois wine ideal to accompany our portions of homemade cassoulet, young, smiling and efficient service, in short a good dinner

Unfortunately, due to our train connection, we did not have time to do a full menu. In any case, the cassoulet is delicious, wonderfully tender with more than enough meat.

Thank you very much for your welcome. Menu with information on allergens, possible menu for those with gluten intolerance and with Gluten-Free bread in addition... Great terrace for families because the square opposite is pedestrian.

A perfect dinner. We started at the bar because we didn't reserve a seat, after a table became available we ordered 5 dishes, all of them excellent, here are the pictures

01/04/2024: Very attentive service. We went without a reservation and everything was OK. The food is OK, but it doesn't stand out. Which highlights that the sweet potato fries are ugly, rubbery and cold.

20/05/2024: Une belle découverte, un bon rapport qualité prix. Le personnel très accueillant et très sympathique. Ma fille et moi nous sommes régalées, Parts très copieuses. Seul bémol, le mojito pas top! Nous y retournerons très volontiers.
03/04/2024: Bonjour, Très bon restaurant, le personnel serviable, et bonne ambiance, je recommande a 100% ,on y mange très bien bonne soirée.
