As soon as you enter the establishment: politeness & cordiality are on the menu, the waiters are professional... and the cooks as well. Simple but mastered cooking & attentive presentation: that’s what I personally LOVE! To conclude: what attracted me to this establishment was a [impertinent] negative comment, a comment to which the manager had the audacity to respond with relevant arguments, like sometimes… 🤷🏻🙂 I will come back. ✅🤝🏼

21/03/2024: While passing through St Omer, I had dinner yesterday in this restaurant: a wonderful surprise! The dinner was delicious: mascarpone leeks as a starter, guinea fowl, creamy parmesan sauce, crunchy vegetables, polenta and to finish, an apple dessert and white chocolate ice cream. Warm environment The owners are friendly and passionate about their job. I recommend 200%!
20/03/2024: A very, very pleasant welcome and service. A restaurateur who knows his dishes like the back of his hand and who explains the origin of his products to you. Inventive and quality cuisine. A real treat for your taste buds! I highly recommend this establishment which deserves to be known and recognized. A big thank-you !
