You can see the staff making the soufflé omelet. Although it is a little expensive, it is delicious and worth it!

Top restaurant service and exquisite food. We were able to eat accompanied by our dog which was really appreciated. I recommend and will recommend this establishment 😊👌🏼

I came to try the famous omelette (39 euros) with salad. It was really fluffy! The taste was ok but I have mixed reaction with the salad. You just need to add salt or pepper to the omelette as you like it. The service was great since I was not able to wait for that long. The staffs were approachable too.

Très bon restaurant Et que dire de la fameuse omelette si ce n’est qu’elle est excellente (bravo) Nous avons également pris le petit déjeuner qui était très bien. Belle qualité des produits Serveurs très sympathiques

06/05/2024: Very good food. Too bad there are no home fries with the famous Normandy omelette
06/05/2024: At the entrance to the restaurant we were very well received, the staff were smiling and friendly. The atmosphere is nice. Concerning the cuisine, the mussels formula is accessible, marinière sauce a little bland. The dessert of a baked apple was not for me, not cooked enough in the oven, the price is expensive for what it is. Overall we were happy with this restaurant.

Le Pré Salé

05/04/2024: Very clean, absolutely delicious breakfast with lots of variety. Our only problem was parking. There weren’t enough space next to the hotel and the staff wasn’t helpful either. We ended up with parking the car where it wasn’t actually allowed for overnight.
04/04/2024: Luxurious interior. Great service. Excellent location for visiting Mont San Michel Abbey. Walking distance is about 2.5 kilometers.
