La fringale sur Les Salles-Sur-Verdon

28/09/2023: Really friendly place, the staff is top notch. The menu was reduced because the seasonal closure was close, but we found what we were looking for. The dishes were generous and the products fresh. I recommend without hesitation.

25/09/2023: On our first evening in town, we chose this restaurant/bistro. Despite various communication problems on our part, we got rid of our order. The young waiter was probably alone at the beginning and a bit overwhelmed. However, when we asked, all of our wishes were fulfilled. The food was very good. We had the burger with goat cheese and gratinated noodles. The only point of criticism was that after the waitress had cleared away the food, she immediately brought the bill. Felt like an expulsion. Still a clear recommendation.
