The unmissable raclette sandwich from Annecy, a very good hot and crispy bread after being put under the toaster for a few seconds, a quality ham much too thin for my taste, too bad, a raclette served generously all the same. A very big downside which explains my rating of ⭐️⭐️⭐️ the person who served us does not say a word, he pulls a funeral face and above all does not wear any food gloves with these big nonsense. Big negative point for me. Very good value for money for Annecy

The sandwich was veryyyy delicious, I took vegetarian and they allowed me to add as much stuff as I want, the cheese was very good!

Nice service, but disappointment with the sandwiches (we tested the cold AND the hot ones). Excellent bread, very firm and crispy, but toppings as thin as cigarette paper. Result: an extremely dry sandwich and not generous or tasty as in the past. I understand that the economic situation and COVID have been there, but for the price we still expect better. Extra mention for the good old trick of “cut the baguette diagonally to avoid filling a few cm of extra bread”.

The sandwiches are beyond incredible! We don't eat meat and the manager was very helpful, he made us a sandwich with cheese and vegetables, it was the best sandwich I've eaten! Plus the manager puts us in the air, he has a lot of humor! We will be back next week!
