We had the menu at 4:50 p.m. With warm goat's cheese salad small starter of course a goat's cheese toast then cassoulet not bad at all small cassollete also then floating island. Impeccable service, very friendly staff. For a small budget it’s ideal!

I had a good meal at this hostel. What I didn't know was that it had rooms so I can't comment on that.

We ate three diners: -Good goat cheese salad) -Good gizzard salad) - Onion soup (very good) -cassoulet (very spicy) -Provençal chicken (good) - cookie. ( Delicious) - desserts Yogurt with red berries and vanilla cream with floating island. It cost us €54 plus bread and water. The music was too loud so there was a lot of ambient noise. The food was good although there were errors in the service such as the spoon missing from the cassoulet or the fact that it took a long time to serve us the second dish on the menu.

We had lunch @ 16.50€. The fresh goat's cheese salad was good but the cassoulet was not very 'tasteful' and could do with spices....The service was good and courteous. A decent experience, nothing more.

Restaurant in the city of Carcassonne. Dishes with a lot of flavor. Menu a little expensive, but very good. Slow service due to the number of diners. Parking outside the walls.

09/05/2024: Having a hard time understanding the ton of negative reviews. Friendly welcome, meal for 4 served in 1 hour 30 mins, 2 waitresses for the crowded restaurant, hats off. It's certainly not the biggest kitchen, but it's quite correct, as are the prices. The setting is really very nice with the shaded terrace.

13/05/2024: Go to this one price difference there is no photo for the waffles and the pancakes and understanding because it is with the stroller and paying in it is complicated so I paid on the spot
25/03/2024: We wanted to make a coffee and a croissant but at 3:30 pm you can't eat anything anymore...we had a coffee. They are not very friendly.
