Kifune is a great way of approximating having a lunch in Japan, from the staff to the regulars ending by the menu it is the closest to Japan you could get whilst still in Paris.
We had a great time coming for a second time (first was with Japanese friends).
As non Japanese speakers, the staff was very helpful.
One warning : book in advance as it is very sought after

Very good place for a special occasion, the food is excellent, it's a very good immersion in Japanese cuisine. We took assortments of sushi, original and very fine. Be careful to specify to remove the wasabi inside the sushi for those who mind. The fruit liqueurs are also worth trying (plum for me), as well as the desserts: I highly recommend the black sesame panna cotta and the matcha mochi

Probably the best Japanese restaurant in Paris. You come here to have a good time and taste good food. It is best to book in advance if you come on the weekend.

If you're looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience, look no further than Kifune. This restaurant offers the best traditional Japanese dishes and sake in the city. I highly recommend their sashimi and sushi, prepared with meticulous attention to detail and incomparable freshness.

Having spent 2 months in Japan, I found everything I liked there.
The welcome, the politeness, the tradition in the costumes and the refined and very masterful food of the chef. Extremely fresh fish. Book it, it’s a real experience.

An incredible dining experience. Having tried many Japanese restaurants, I can say without a doubt that these are the best sushi I have ever eaten!
I recommend it with your eyes closed, be careful however they are victims of their well-deserved success so don't forget to reserve a table 😉

Ce restaurant est simplement un bout du japon à paris. Tout est excellent. Apres plusieurs voyage au japon quand la nostalgie revient je vais manger là bas.
