Quality French-Chinese fusion cuisine, we took the copper menu which consists of 6 dishes to share for two for 68e per person. We had a great time filled with delicacy . I recommend.

So good ! The service is impeccable, wide choice of natural wine. Very pleasant atmosphere. I have to support my comment on the quality of the products and the food. I recommend !!

Outstanding. Better than many Michelin starred dinner I’ve had, more creative and memorable, not to mention affordable (6 courses for 68€). Make a reservation!

How does anyone rate this low? The food was incredible! So interesting and well balanced. Service was great too. Yes, it’s pricey and portions are on the small side but it’s nothing anyone from Chicago, NYC, SF, Miami, etc will find too crazy.

Nice réception, beautiful space but meals were a deception: very salty (plus soy sauce at the bottom of plates) and cooked dishes are quite greasy - leak served in heavy oily tempura, same for potatoes and croque monsieur.

Dinner for three and it went pretty well. The entries were well done and very well presented. Arriving at the duck a little disappointed we found that the meat was too dry. We still ended up with some good desserts.

My new fav restaurant! Finding a gem within the wave of hotspots in Paris can be challenging. As someone who has tested most of the ‘farm to table’ restaurants, lots of trendy restaurants on the scene now all the same promise, but very few succeed in actually delivering something new and refreshing. Often they are trendy, well designed but the flavours are lacking, plates are costly yet you wonder why it’s always packed with the same people. But my experience at Cheval D’Or exceeded my expectations! We decided to lean in blindly with the carte blanche and didn’t even read the menu. Plus we let them recommend the wine and trusted the staff completely. Every stage had Innovative reinventions of asian classics, refined (and complex) flavours and cozy ambiance. I loved that all the dishes (and their presentations) were an experience in itself! Hats off to the reinvented pavlova with lychee ice. Innovative. Defo deserves a Michelin Star soon.

Very good restaurant, this is the second time I have dined there and the cuisine is truly delicious with a menu that changes every season. Good atmosphere, pleasant service.

The best Asian food in a stylish restaurant! A Japanese person also came and kindly explained the process. Reservations are required, but if you are alone, you may be able to walk in!
