Champeaubois Restaurant sur Soreze

A review from my grandparents who came yesterday: very clean restaurant, nice setting, beautiful tablecloth and very good meal.

I've been eating there for over 20 years and never there. Only fresh and homemade products.

Far from the hustle and bustle of tourist traps, here, we cook. Some will call it a “classic” restaurant, “traditional” cuisine, but if you frequently go to a restaurant, it becomes rare to find someone who masters what they offer. Here, we do not revisit, we do not deconstruct, we do not invent. But the cooking is perfect, the seasonings balanced, the sauces (morels!) to die for. Very pleasant service and welcome. THANKS. A restaurant for 2 or for ten, in an exceptional setting. Thank you for this very pleasant moment, and for the birthday cake offered the day before at 8:30 p.m.!

I didn't know about this establishment, it's a done deal and apart from excellent I have nothing to say.
