Very good time last night after rugby training. When you read the menu when you arrive, you immediately feel "a casa i en pais catala": Byrrh, l'Infini from Jonquieres d'Oriola as an aperitif, creamy garlic salsa, pork galtes, pa hence, pa amb tomato etc. All is well. Congratulations to the whole team.

Excellent restaurant with a very warm welcome. Homemade dishes, homemade fries, meats and sauces a real treat and hearty dishes. Sublime gratinated mussels. We will return without hesitation.

A treat from start to finish, excellent gratinated mussels a real pleasure, fried entrecôtes also, desserts just as much. Wine and welcome also, we recommend and we will come back.

08/05/2024: Very nice gastronomic experience 😋 The service is impeccable. The “almost Tiramisu” is killer. And what's more, it's open on public holidays, which doesn't spoil anything. We'll come back and talk about it.
06/05/2024: My opinion concerned the Arbequine and its chef Guillaume and not the Istinto restaurant where I did not go. The Arbrquina has closed its doors. It was an excellent quality restaurant in Thuir, which I regret. Menu from Wednesday lunchtime to Friday lunchtime excellent for 18 euros. Very pleasant service from Arnaud and Nathanaël. I warmly recommend.
