Typical restaurant in the center of the village, very good service, good value for money. Menus at 30 euros with some supplements for foie gras and lamb shank. The dishes are made with local products. Less desserts, too bad. However, good artisanal ice creams.

10/05/2024: A colorful restaurant thanks to the sympathy of the duo at the helm of this small establishment as well as the presentation of the dishes and the mixture of flavors. Very pleasant moment of our stay in Bize with a little attention for the 1st birthday of our little Zaz.

31/03/2024: Passing through this small village. Without reservation on Easter Sunday. Very warm welcome. Very pleasant staff. The dishes are cooked over a wood fire. A delight. The excellent lamb shank. If you pass near Bize Minervois, stop at La Sellette. Thank you to the whole team. Bernard and Jocelyne
