Un petit trésor de quartier. Généreux et chaleureux !
Ce restaurant, à l'ambiance bonne franquette, m’a offert une expérience inoubliable.
Installé dans une cour au bord de l'eau, le cadre était tout simplement enchanteur.
Un plat servi rapidement, les frites chaudes et croustillantes, la salade assaisonnée bref aucune fausse note.
Et que dire de l'accueil? Le grand sourire sincère de chaque membre de l'équipe rendait l'atmosphère encore plus chaleureuse.
Une adresse incontournable de l’audomarois où tout est parfait, de l'assiette au service. Rien à redire, hâte d'y retourner!
18/05/2024: Discovery of this restaurant nestled in the middle of the Corbières. The welcome is warm and this considerate kindness is confirmed throughout the service. The sequence of dishes is a journey into a world of delicate and subtle flavors. It is difficult to give a favorite to one of the proposals, all of them have an exceptional character. Only staging can give some people a little advantage. The pearl of the oyster is a stunning entry and the surprise coming out of wax (I don't want to spoil it) is genius.
I was particularly sensitive to the privilege that was granted to me, without me asking for anything, having expressed my much more pronounced taste for fish than for meat, I was offered a second dish based on fish. I was very touched by this attention.
Perfection is on the plate, however two details are annoying for me, the swivel chairs which I hate and, even more, the noise level in the room.
It will be a great gastronomic memory that is difficult to surpass.
10/05/2024: At this level it’s no longer cooking, it’s art. I will not add more about this culinary experience because I do not have the right and strong enough words to describe it but I would like, to finish, to emphasize the high quality of the service, hyper professional, classy but without any fuss. while keeping a scoundrel spirit.
