Boulangerie Around the bread sur Tours

I read in the comments that this bakery should be avoided because everything is frozen...this is surely a mistake!! Having had an introduction to it even though I am not at all in the profession, I can attest to the excellence of the baker's work, his search for good and well-made products, his concern for the selection of products, his ethics, of his desire to transmit. For example, this enthusiast has been keeping his sourdoughs alive for several decades which, apart from the fact that this gives it incredible flavors, is far from common these days.

I had a sandwich (the Mario) and a lemon tartlet… the sandwich is a treat because it’s super original and the tartlet is delicious! The saleswoman was very friendly (which is not the case in all bakeries 😅) It makes me want to try other treats! A very nice discovery, I recommend ++

Bakery with excellent breads, a very warm welcome

Small neighborhood bakery with a small but delicious store. I'm a fan of einkorn where the crumb is fresh and a little sticky. The aromas it gives off are just divine.

I bought a hazelnut/praline cookie and macaroons, the best I've ever tasted!
