The welcome was good and the interior setting pleasant. A few oversights when ordering were compensated for by an appreciable commercial gesture. However, the cooking of meats was not necessarily respected with rare instead of blue. The accompaniments (fries, salad) were consistent with the brand.

I recommend this place 100% 👍. All the staff are very welcoming, smiling and friendly. The waiting time is very short, the dishes are tasty and plentiful.

Very good evening spent at Bistro Régent in Tours. Located in the Ibis hotel at the station, the welcome was very good. The meal was excellent from start to finish, especially with this Charmelcia sauce. The employees seem to be complicit among themselves, which gives a good atmosphere to the place.
