Bellota-Bellota® Printemps sur Paris

A little late, I would like to give my humble opinion on the beautiful space occupied by the team of Nina Métayer, our world pastry champion 🇨🇵 at Printemps du Goût. We tasted the Pisanki and then the chocolate passion slap, enormous work and an emotion that I had not felt since the Mogador macaron from the immense Pierre Hermé. Then a good vanilla flan even if I regret not having been able to introduce my partner to the incredible tonka bean and muscovado sugar flan 🥺 but hey the kind and smiling saleswoman explained to me why. And we finished with 3 vanilla pistachio/orange blossom and chocolate choux. Excellent choux pastry, intensity of flavors, special mention of pistachio/orange blossom! I can't finish this review without talking about the place and the extra 5 euros to be able to eat there. You should still know that neither Pierre Hermé, nor Yann Couvreur nor Philippe Conticini offer a tasting space. That day it was raining in torrents and we were so happy to pay that little extra and enjoy a nice place, quiet and with a nice view. Thank you again for this moment!

We tested the Nina Métayer pastries, a delight 😍 on the other hand the extra 5 euros per pastry to consume on site is a real racket, each pastry costs 13 euros!

A corner with very different products and restaurants. Nice terrace with a view, prices a little high, but you have to consider the location.

I am delighted to share my positive opinion on the spring taste space! The warm and welcoming ambiance combined with a selection of delicious vegetarian dishes truly delighted my taste buds. Each bite was an explosion of fresh, inventive flavors, and I particularly appreciated the attention to seasonal ingredients. It was a memorable dining experience that I highly recommend to anyone who loves good food and vegetarian pleasures. I go back every time my friend is in Paris.

Multithematic restaurant perched on the 8th floor with a superb view of the Opera district Fast staff, extremely friendly, very professional, always looking to find a solution if you haven't booked (it's safer). Strongly recommended Excellent value

DELICATISSERIE stand, pastry by Nina METAYER a delight

I was looking for the Delicatisserie (down the hall) and came across this restaurant on the top of Printemps. What caught my attention was the vegetarian French Onion soup, which was perfect on the cold, snowy day. The server recommended Rosé with it, and my only complaint is that I had too much liquids and needed a sweet treat afterwards to counter😉 Enjoy the view! Enjoy the food! and Enjoy the ambience.
