What a nice surprise, local products and a cheese platter like we see less and less. Very good flavor combinations. Not to mention the prices, the only difference between the children's and adults' menu is the price since they ate the same menu as us. The managers are attentive and passionate. I recommend +++

A hotel restaurant not to be missed, it's worth the detour..We had an excellent weekend

We spent the weekend there. With the bad time for hiking Nicolas instead prepared us a nice little meal in the restaurant to replace the planned picnic! Visit to the farm! I have great admiration for Nicolas who was very generous with his explanations! The hotel was very good and we had a meal on Saturday evening at Le Fin Gras du Mézenc! A killer dish for all! And always all the explanations during the meal! Breakfast very good too! I thank the entire Vernet family who love their job and are not shy about sharing! We will come back to it

We discovered Maison Vernet 10 years ago, Madame Vernet was already an excellent chef. Nowadays we feel in each bite a personal touch, which is differentiated by its maturity and its mastery of the culinary art. The service and welcome is always so friendly!
